Regarding the formulation of an action plan for improving the employment environment (2023)
We have formulated the following action plan in order to create a comfortable employment environment where employees can demonstrate their abilities and achieve a balance between work and life.
1. Planning period: 5 years from August 7, 2020 to August 6, 2020
2. Content Goal 1: Explain the maternity health management of pregnant female employees to employees based on the work rules and make the system known.
<countermeasure>
From August 2020 - Survey on the level of awareness of the items in the work regulations among employees, including new employees. From September 2020 - Dissemination of maternal health management items in the work rules to employees through in-house bulletin boards, etc.
Goal 2: By August 6, 2020, achieve a 100% take-up rate for the leave system that fathers can take when their child is born.

September 2020 - Start of survey on employee needs November 2020 - Dissemination of childcare-related systems using work rules and childcare leave regulations
Goal 3: In order to create a more comfortable work environment, we will provide training once a year to managers regarding systems such as childcare leave and labor management.
