FUJI TEXTILE WEEK 2023, which celebrated its third year this year, is a textile festival set in Fujiyoshida City, Yamanashi Prefecture, a textile producing region. This is a hybrid exhibition that combines textile-themed art exhibitions by domestic and international artists, as well as production area exhibitions that unravel the history of the production area and the modern textile scene.

At Makita Shoten, we assisted Nelly Agassi in creating her work, which will be exhibited at the art exhibition ``Back to Thread.'' Nelly Agassi's exhibition venue is "Kyu Yamano".
In addition, samples of clothing fabrics are on display at the ``Old Tanabe Factory''. Next to the former Tanabe factory, products made from fabrics (clothes) are also on display, so be sure to take a look!
